HELLO EVERYONE, today I want to talk about a Tamil movie that you must see. This film, Kadhalikka Neramillai, is definitely a one-time watch. If I had to sum up my thoughts on it in one line, that’s what I would say. When I watched the first half, I thought, “What a bad movie!” I felt like the film was just dragging on. But let me tell you, the second half was much better.
In the first half, the characters seemed to have thoughts that were very urban. If you’re from a small town, you might not relate to their situations or feelings. However, if you live in a big city and work there, you will connect with the story. The second half of the film has a nice mix of emotions, which shows character growth and the challenges of single parenting. This part really stood out to me.
Now, about the first half, I almost decided to stop watching because it was that bad. But I thought, “Let me keep going and see if it gets better.” And it did! The second half made up for all the dull moments. In the first half, they talked about gay parenting, which didn’t really add to the story. Even if it wasn’t there, the film wouldn’t change much. There was a scene where a character talked to their parents about virginity, and that felt really awkward to me.
Then, there was the heroine who got cheated on. She did a test to find out if she was pregnant, but that part didn’t impress me much either. But friends, the second half is where the movie shines! The way they presented the story really caught my interest.
The movie features Jaiam Ravi, who has now changed his name to Ravi Mohan. At first, I was confused because he looked the same, but then I realized it was him. He did a good job, nothing extraordinary, but still nice. Nithiya Menon was beautiful and did well too. The child actor, who played their son, was also very good.
Yogi Babu is in this movie, and he was hilarious, especially in the IVF scene. You should definitely check that out; it was really funny! The supporting cast also did a great job, and everyone contributed nicely to the story. Overall, this movie is a good way to pass the time. I would recommend watching it at least once.
