Welcome! In this blog, we will talk about the PlayStation Plus monthly games for December 2024. These games are ready for all Plus members to download. It’s always a good idea to redeem your monthly games, even if you plan to play them later. You have a month to add them to your library. Once you redeem them, they are yours as long as you stay a PlayStation Plus member.
What’s Coming Up in December?
Let’s see what games are coming this December. First up is It Takes Two. This game is a co-op platformer that dives into the serious subject of divorce. Don’t worry, it has a fun twist! You and your partner will go on an adventure inside your house. But here’s the catch: you are now dolls! An overly cheerful self-help book follows you around, trying to help fix your relationship. The game has colorful designs and fun mini-games that make it perfect for winter fun. The best part? Only one player needs to own the game to play together online, even if your friend doesn’t have PlayStation Plus. It Takes Two will be available on December 3 for both PS4 and PS5 for all PS Plus subscribers.
Next Game: Aliens Dark Descent
The second game is Aliens: Dark Descent. This game mixes survival horror with strategy. You will be in charge of a squad of colonial Marines. Your mission is to survive a xenomorph infestation. This game takes a more action-oriented approach, unlike the creeping tension of the original film. You will need to scavenge for resources while trying to fight off the aliens. You might kill some, but then run out of ammo for the ones hiding in the vents! Aliens: Dark Descent joins the lineup on December 3 for both PS4 and PS5.
Final Game: Temtem
Lastly, we have Temtem. This game is an online creature-collecting MMO. You will catch creatures called “Tems” and train them for battles. You can create your own Temp Master and explore the Airborne Archipelago. You will battle against the evil Clan Belloto. There is a lot of story content for solo players too. The battles are based on two-versus-two matches, and you can play most of the game in co-op with a friend. Temtem will be available on December 3 for PS5.
