Saripodhaa Sanivaaram Movie Review

Today, I would like to write about a movie I just watched. The name of the movie is Saripodhaa Sanivaaram, which literally means “Surya’s Saturday” in Hindi. I went to watch it at a theater where it was full! Everybody was very eager to watch this movie. I watched in its original Telugu language, and I had subtitles, thereby making it easier to interpret the story.

Excitement in the Theater

The audience was quite lively as soon as the movie started. People were cheering and clapping on the title that came up on the screen. It was basically Telugu speaking people, and they just seemed to be having a wonderful time. It’s great being in such an energetic crowd. The room was electric!

When the hero, who was played by Nani, entered, the hall erupted! Every action scene was thrilling, and every comedy was taking everyone with laughter. Very evident that people love every moment of the movie.

The Story

Now, I am going to describe the story of Saripodhaa Sanivaaram. The film is about a fellow who has some problems that arise from his childhood. He can converse only his emotions and anger only on Saturdays. That’s really a very strange concept! The reason behind this is described in the movie, and I am not going to speak it out for you.

During the whole week, whenever he gets angry, he writes down his feelings. And then on Saturday, he let’s it all come out. That’s a nice twist from the usual hero versus villain movie. Otherwise, it would have just been another action thriller movie.

Action and Thrills

It epitomized a heroic struggle against corruption in the police to save his family and society, and the story has ample scope for action that gives a feeling of tension through every scene. The writer did a great job in keeping the audience engaged. There are lots of moments that will pump you up, making you cheer for the hero!

Music and Comedy

Music in Saripodhaa Sanivaaram is also good. They add really excitement to the film. While the songs fit with the story, it’s not where the movie focuses. Background music will be particularly thrilling during action scenes, making you feel as if you are part of the adventure.

There are also many humorous moments in this movie. The comedy is so well timed that, therefore, it makes the whole film very fun for everyone. It balances seriousness with laughter. And one thing that is wonderful for a family viewing is that it indeed balances seriousness with laughter.

Brilliant Performance

All the actors in this movie did a tremendous job. Nani is said to be a natural actor, and while you watch him, you see why. You believe in his character. He plays a simple guy throughout the week, but on Saturdays he is someone entirely different. He changes, and that’s impressive!

I must say the villain SJ Suryah did a wonderful job. Sometimes, in Indian cinema, the hero gets overshadowed by the hero itself – as happened here. His brutal corruption is what is added to the film.

Family-Friendly Movie

Saripodhaa Sanivaaram is a clean movie. Bad words and scenes are not there; it is apt for family viewing. It included many heartwarming moments emphasizing the importance of family. The movie leaves you with a good feeling and a positive message about bravery and fear.

Well, I simply enjoyed the viewing it, and indeed it was a very great experience! I would surely recommend this movie to everybody. The entire mix of actions and comedies along with an entirely unique story makes it special. I would give this movie 3.5 out of 5 stars.
